Lucia Turco's professional activity is mainly focused on ordinary tax advice and in relation to extraordinary transactions, legal assistance in the pre-litigation phase and in tax litigation.
In this context, she assists, among other things, in due diligence activities aimed at extraordinary acquisition transactions, as well as in drafting opinions on specific and complex tax law issues.

She has gained significant experience in the drafting and discussion of tax appeals, as well as in the drafting and definition of agreements with the tax authorities, through the use of litigation deflationary instruments and conciliatory tools.
